  • Recipe of the week: Coconut almond frozen Greek yogurt

    24 ounces plain fat-free Greek yogurt
    ½ cup low-fat buttermilk
    1/3 cup honey
    1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, toasted
    1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
    4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
    6 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
     
    In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, buttermilk, honey, coconut, and almonds. Churn and freeze mixture in a 1 ½ quart ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s directions. Just prior to serving, melt chocolate and almond milk until smooth. Drizzle over the frozen yogurt.
