    A Camdenton man died in a motorcycle versus semi accident Thursday afternoon.
    Southbound on Old Route 5 South, Gerald E. Roberts, 41, was killed after the motorcycle he was operating struck the side of a Freightliner making a left turn onto Old Route 5 from a private drive, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.
    The accident occurred about 0.6 mile south of Highway 7 around 3:45 p.m. Aug. 15.
    Roberts was pronounced dead at the scene by a Camden County Medical Examiner.
    Laura L. Poole, 58, of Cape Girardeau, Mo. was the driver of the Freightliner.
    Highway Patrol officers were assisted at the scene of the accident by the Troop D Crash Team and the Camden County Sheriff's Office.
    This is the fourth fatality for Troop F in August and the 21st for the year.
