  • A two vehicle crash Thursday afternoon injured three lake area residents and backed up traffic on Highway 5 in Camden County Aug. 15.

  • A two vehicle crash Thursday afternoon injured three lake area residents and backed up traffic on Highway 5 in Camden County Aug. 15.
    The Chevrolet Cavalier driven by Dylan T. Larock, 23, of Camdenton struck the Dodge Durango driven by Amber D. Rosenbaugh, 37, of Macks Creek, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, after the southbound Durango had pulled onto the right shoulder to make a left turn onto Bear Paw Rd. and traveled into the path of the southbound Cavalier. The accident occurred shortly after 3 p.m.
    Rosenbaugh and a passenger in her vehicle - Jeri R. Wood, 45, of Sunrise Beach - received minor injuries and were transported by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital. They were both listed as using seat belts. Listed as not using a seat belt, Larock received moderate injuries and was also transported by ambulance to Lake Regional.
