  • Summit Natural Gas of Missouri, Inc. (Summit) has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking a waiver of a Public Service Commission rule which requires companies to submit a depreciation study, database and property unit catalog with requests for rate increases.  In its application, Summit states that it intends to file a general rate increase case with the Public Service Commission in or around January 2014.
    Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than August 9, 2013, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission’s electronic filing and information service (EFIS).

    Summit serves approximately 18,840 natural gas customers in 19 Missouri counties.
