  • Nancy Gail Johnstone Minea Schnoor, died peacefully in her home in Linn Creek, MO home on July 11, 2013. Her love of the past 21 years Brad Schnoor was by her side.
    Gail was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She loved her family, always putting them and others first. She especially enjoyed holiday gatherings hosted at the Lake of the Ozarks. Gail loved cooking and entertaining. She always had a crossword puzzle and a scary movie close by. She adored her pets throughout the years, particularly her cats. Gail was a gifted pianist with favorites being Chopin and Tchalkovsky’s Swan Lake. She was smart, witty and had a great sense of humor.
    Gail will be dearly missed. The family feels blessed to have had 78 wonderful years with such a beautiful person. Gail was preceded in death by her first husband Tom Minea. Survivors in clued Brad Schnoor, of Linn Creek, MO, Todd (Margaret) Minea, Allison and Sammy Minea all of Leawood, KS, Lauren (Darrell) Hensley, Courtney (Corey) Robertson, Dustin Cutright all of Olathe, KS, Mike (Michele) Minea, Michaela and Mackenzie Minea all of Gardner, KS and Penny Johnstone (Lawrence) Bergman, Mark Bergman all of Des Moines, IA.
    The family will be celebrating her life in a private ceremony.
