  • The Sunrise Beach Little Theatre will be presenting the drama/comedy play, "The Hallelujah Girls" by Jessie Jones, Nickolas Hope and Jamie Wooten as a dinner theatre production on Thursday, May 30, Friday, May 31 and Saturday, June 1 at the Sunrise Beach Community Center on Hwy. 5 in Sunrise Beach.

    The comic tension mounts when a sexy ex-boyfriend shows up unexpectedly, a marriage proposal comes from an unlikely suitor and an arch rival vows she'll stop at nothing to steal the spa way.
    By the time the women rally together to overcome these obstacles and launch their new, improved lives, you've got a side-splitting, joyful comedy that will make you laugh out loud and shout "Hallelujah!"
    Admission is $25 and includes a four course dinner prepared and served to you by Sunrise Beach Little Theatre volunteers. Doors open at 5 p.m. Dinner (to which you can BYOB) will be served at 6, with the play following at 7.
