I've noticed lately that When I'm at work and I don't have food available to me, I want to eat all the time. I have change in my desk and I find myself going to the vending machine whether it be for pop or food. However, when I'm at home, I don't feel the same way. I don't each breakfast on the weekends and I don't find myself searching for food all the time. At work I'm consantly busy so it's not that I'm eating becuse I'm bored, so I'm not quite sure what it is.
I need to break my terrible eating patterns. I use a thing called My Fitness Pal and I really like it, but I don't feel like its helping me. I can see how terrible my eating is, but I continue to do it.
My mom and I are in a competition this month. Between the two of us, whoever loses the least amount of weight has to do something for the other. She wants me to clean her bathrooms and I want her to vacuum my steps. We'll see how it goes. So far..I think she's winning.
