  • Ozark Country Stable in Decaturville is hosting Horse 411 ― a weekend celebration of horses on April 27-28.
On Saturday, April 27, ride with any of three natural horsemanship clinicians or just come to watch and learn. Clinics will be offered for Western, Gaited and Balanced Riding. Space is limited in each clinic, so call 573-317-4449 or go to www.missouriforgetmenot.org to register and for more information. There also will be a benefit barbecue from 4 to 6 p.m.
On Sunday, April 28, Horse 411 continues with a Fun Show and Trail Class Challenges from noon until 6 p.m. (Negative Coggins tests are required for all visiting horses). Spectators are welcome both days and proceeds will benefit the Missouri Forget-Me-Not Horse Rescue and Sanctuary.
Throughout the weekend, visit Adoption Alley showcasing horses that have been rescued by Missouri Forget-Me-Not and are now ready to find their new forever family. Forget-Me-Not will also offer pony rides and a used tack sale.
Ozark Country Stable is located off State Hwy 5, 8 miles south of Camdenton and 14 miles north of Lebanon.
For directions to the stable and for more information, visit www.ozarkcountrystable.com or call 573-317-4449.
