Three event highlights
1 The Lake of the Ozarks Marine Dealers Association In-Water Boat Show will be held April 19-21 at Dog Days Bar and Grill. Hours are Friday from 1-7 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
2 New 2013 models will be on hand and in the water. Dealers will be offering special pricing on remaining 2012 models. Lake-area marinas will be on hand displaying everything from personal watercraft, runabouts, pontoons, performance boats, to cruisers and big yachts. You will also find all of the necessary accessories, docks and lifts.
3 Parking is free at Dog Days, or ride the boat shuttle from The Topsider on the east end of the Grand Glaize Bridge. Dog Days is located at the 19-mile marker or off Jeffries Road in Osage Beach. At the show, individuals can register to win $1,000 worth of free gas at the show. Winners will be notified by email.
Cost is $6 for adults, and free for children ages 12 and under. A donation of $1 for every paid admission will be given to Kids' Harbor Child Advocacy Center. For more information, visit www.ozarkboatshow.com.
