  • The Osage Beach Board of Aldermen will meet at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the city hall.
    Agenda items will include:
    •Second reading of a bill establishing a collective bargaining process.
    •Certification of election results and oaths of office
    •Election of president of the board of aldermen
    •First reading of a bill authorizing mayor to execute Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission Global Navigation Satellite Real Time Network for Continuously Operating Reference Stations User’s Responsibility and Agreement for the Use and Access of Data.  First Reading
    •Preliminary Plat of Bella Harbor Subdivision
    •First and second reading of a bill accepting the Final Plat of Bella Harbor Subdivision.  First and Second Readings
    •A bill authorizing the mayor to execute a construction contract for the application of slurry seal to city streets. 
    •A bill amending the 2013 budget.
    •A bill authorizing the mayor to execute a contract with Shafer, Kline & Warren, Inc. to provide professional design services for sidewalks.
    •Authorization to provide engineering and contract administration services to the Osage Beach Special Road District for the reconstruction of Coral Lane
    •City-paid lease of billboards – one at each end of the city limits, or electronic signs on the Grand Glaize Bridge
    •Proposal by Flying Dragon Disc Golf Club to construct an 18-hole disc golf course in the Osage Beach City Park
    •Key Largo Intersection, 54 Expressway
