The 15th Annual Lake Road Cleanup Campaign is underway on the Westside. Get friends and neighbors together to clean up their own roads and the smaller state highways from Greenview to Gravois Mills.
The Lake West Chamber of Commerce is sponsor of the event and has trash bags supplied by the counties and state road departments that are available for anyone interested in helping make the area look a little nicer.
Anyone and everyone is encouraged to participate - from residents to visitors.
Then on Saturday, April 20, from 8 a.m.-4 p.m., the Chamber will have dumpsters manned by local volunteers available for cleanup crews to drop off all the trash they've picked up.
Call the Lake West Chamber at 573-374-5500 for more information.
