  • To the Residents of Lake Ozark, Hello!
I was introduced to Lake Ozark Board of Aldermen Meetings by one of your previous Ward 3 Aldermen. She thought the residents should come to all meetings, not just one, to see what really went on.
OK. I have committed to that. In the last 3 years I have attended over 68 sessions. (3 or 4 times I have been out of town). I try to represent city residents by coming and listening. I listen to what is said, who said it, etc.
I am so very proud of Lake Ozark’s progress in the last three years: positive newspaper articles, new businesses, balanced budgets, excellent audits, early releases from the DNR fines, new areas requesting annexation, new affordable housing, shopping centers, (on Bagnell Boulevard, as well as Eagles’ Landing), a great new welcome sign and soon, hopefully, a beautiful school- Mills’ campus in Lake Ozark.
Todd Painter, your present Ward 3 Alderman has helped this happen.
Todd has voiced what he felt was best for Ward 3, even if other aldermen disagreed. He has worked very hard, studying the agendas, being prepared. He has always tried to do what he feels is best for our city.
With two years’ experience, his positive attitude, his professional and respectful conduct toward others-our aldermen, Mayor Franzeskos, our administrator, and our attorney, Todd Painter will be even more valuable to Ward 3 and Lake Ozark in the next two years.
VOTE TODD PAINTER. He will continue his dedication to our city!
(As will our full-time Mayor –Johnnie Franzeskos!)
