Remembered for her hard work ethic

She was also an iconic figure at Casper’s Hot Dogs on C Street and Foothill Boulevard for over 40 years. She retired at age 89.

Darlene’s spunk and tenacity will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She is survived by her two aforementioned daughters, and by son-in-law Steven Brindle, daughter-in-law Verna Pooler and by five grandchildren; Jennifer Thompson, Lisa McGinnis, Gary Davis, Brad Davis and Damian Brindle.
