Pub grub will be the category under contention Saturday in the third installment of the 4th annual Silver Cup Chefs Challenge.
Competing chefs will present their takes on comfort food classics, appetizers or bar snacks.
Held at Seven Springs Winery, the challenge features chefs competing in four categories - fine dining pork entree, barbecue, pub grub and fine dining beef entree - on four different nights. The winners of each category then face off at the finals on March 2.
Chefs have already competed in the pork entree and barbecue categories. After the pub grub round Feb. 9, the beef entree night will be held Feb. 23.
For each round, doors open to the public at 11 a.m. with the first tasting at 2 p.m. and judging at 4.
Admission is $25 at each round and $35 at the final. Wine is not included in the price of tickets.
