Recently, while driving alone from Springfield to Columbia, I had car trouble. I called for a tow truck as traffic whizzed by on Highway 54 in Osage Beach. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait.
Luckily, in just a few minutes, a police car with flashing lights pulled up behind me and Sergeant Taylor of the Osage Beach Police Department stayed with me until the truck arrived. It was an act of kindness for which I will always be grateful.
Kudos to Sergeant Taylor and the Osage Beach Police.
