1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
1 ½ tsp lemon juice
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried basil
¼ tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt
4 orange roughy fillets, rinsed and patted dry
Preheat broiler. Lightly spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Mix all ingredients except fish in a small bowl. Set aside.
Place the fish on the baking sheet. Broil 2-3 inches from the heat for 3 minutes on each side. Remove from oven. Spread the sour cream mixture over the top and sides of the fish. Broil for 30 seconds to a minute or until lightly browned and fish flakes easily with a fork.
