An Ashland, Mo. man suffered serious injuries in a vehicle collision Saturday morning. Robert Moad, 62, was taken by Staff for Life helicopter to University Hospital in Columbia after the 2010 Harley Davidson motorcycle he was driving collided with the rear of a 1995 Ford Winstar driven by Joyce Brown, 56, of Olean. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Brown made a left turn from a median crossover on Highway 54 west of Route FF directly into the path of Moad. Both drivers were wearing safety devices at the time of the wreck.
