Police say no evidence points to foul play in this case, but it is strange that she has not had contact with her family, especially her daughter who she was believed to be close to. They believe she may have met someone online, met them and never returned. The majority of her belongings were left at her home in Rolla, but she did take her computer, which prevented police from searching it for clues if she had in fact met someone on the Internet.
