No one was injured in a boat fire Thursday evening at the 32 mile marker of the Lake of the Ozarks, according to officials.
About 10 p.m. May 24, emergency crews from Mid-County and Sunrise Beach fire departments responded to a report of a vessel on fire. It was fully engulfed when they arrived, according to information from the Highway Patrol Marine Division.
The driver and all passengers on board escaped without injury by reportedly getting onto a passing boat.
Cause of the fire is unknown.
