The Class 3 and 4 state track and field championships are this weekend at Lincoln University in Jefferson City. The lake will have six representatives, including three from Eldon High School. Sara Rhine, Megan Humphrey and James Ellis will go for EHS. Osage's Christian Williams will throw in the Class 3 shot put and discus. In Class 4, Camdenton's Colleen Magelky is in the high jump and Sarah Wages will run in the 400m dash

The lake will have six representatives, including three from Eldon High School. Sara Rhine, Megan Humphrey and James Ellis will go for EHS.

Rhine, a freshman, won the girls' high jump by four inches at her sectional last weekend. She has a good chance for gold.

Of the 15 other Class 3 girls' high jump competitors, Rhine's seed mark of 5'7" ranks first.

Osage's Christian Williams will throw in the Class 3 shot put and discus. In Class 4, Camdenton's Colleen Magelky is in the high jump and Sarah Wages will run in the 400m dash.

The track championships take place at Dwight T. Reed Stadium.
