Loving father whose three daughters meant the world to him
Daniel Paul Sherrill, 24, of Linn Creek, passed in Columbia, Mo., on July 18, 2011.
Daniel was born Sept. 18, 1986, at Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach to Homer Leon Sherrill and Kathleen Ann (Wilkerson) Sherrill. He is survived by his parents, Leon and Kathleen Sherrill, his brother Timothy Sherrill, and three daughters, Emma Nicole, Trinity Lynn and Leah Jade. Daniel was preceded in death by his grandfather Homer Sherrill and grandmother Rosemary Sherrill.
Daniel graduated from Camdenton High School, and went on to receive a degree in automotive technology and management from Wyotech in Laramie, Wyo. Afterward, he returned to Linn Creek, Mo., to be with his family. He thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors and he also enjoyed tinkering with engines and often took things apart to understand how they worked. Daniel loved his family and friends deeply, and aspired to be the best father to his daughters.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 23, 2011, at noon at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Camdenton, Mo. The family will receive friends for visitation from 10 a.m.-noon prior to services at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Hedges Cemetery, Camdenton, Mo.
In lieu of flowers, a benefit account for the children has been established at Central Bank, 170 E. Hwy 54, Camdenton, MO 65020
