• Discussion and possible action on Bill No. 2011-03, an ordinance amending Chapter 700 of the municipal code to add regulations concerning the city of Lake Ozark's water system.

• Discussion and possible action on Bill No. 2011-06, an ordinance amending Traffic Schedule II of Title II of the municipal code of the city of Lake Ozark regarding "No Parking Zones" within the city.

• Discussion and action on certifying the Miller/Camden county election results.

• Discussion and possible action on mayoral appointments of city officials.

• Discussion and possible action on appointing a mayor pro-tem.

• Discussion and possible action on Resolution No. 2011R-07, a resolution expressing an intent to seek collection of delinquent sewer bills owed to the city of Lake Ozark and authorizing city employees to pursue collection activities for and on behalf of the city.

• Discussion and possible action on Resolution No. 2011R-08, a resolution expressing an intent to seek collection of delinquent water bills owed to the city of Lake Ozark and authorizing city employees to pursue collection activities for and on behalf of the city.

• Discussion and possible action on Bill No. 2011-08, an ordinance amending Chapter 340 of the municipal code of the city of Lake Ozark and adding section 340.270 concerning the operation of motor vehicles at an intersection protected by a traffic light, traffic signal or sign.

• Discussion and possible action on Bill No. 2011-09, an ordinance changing, amending and modifying the zoning map of the zoning code of the city of Lake Ozark by rezoning real property in the city from its current designation of CR-3 mixed commercial-residential use to R-3 multi-family.

• Discussion and possible action on Bill No. 2011-10, an ordinance amending Article IV of Title IV of the municipal code of the city of Lake Ozark regarding zoning regulations in the city of Lake Ozark.

• Discussion and possible action on approving a special event permit for "Lucky's Outdoor Music" at the Magic Dragon Car Show.

• Discussion and possible action on approving a special event permit for "Oma & Noma Days/Cruz Nights", also a request to waive the $125.

• Mayoral appointment to place Alderman Tony Otto on the Utility Committee.
