Anthony Maasen placed first in GI and second in no GI at the Bantamweight Division. Mike Odom placed third in the GI and second in no GI at the Welterweight Division.

The GI is the traditional jiu-jitsu uniform.

It was the first tournament for Maasen, Diebold and Odom after less than six months of training.

"I could not ask for a better performance from my students," said coach Ronnie Page. "We are making a huge showing for the Lake of the Ozarks when it comes to Gracie Jiu Jitsu, and we are showing no signs of slowing."

Added Maasen: "This tournament was a great test for the Gracie Jiu Jitsu I have been practicing with my team. It was a good opportunity to see my training at C4 BJJ work in a competitive environment."

C4 BJJ is located at 76 SW. Camden Court Circle next to Dave Vinson's Bail Bonds.
