  • Health department schedules flu shot clinics

  • As flu season approaches, Camden County residents age 18 and older will be able to obtain seasonal flu shots from the county health department starting Oct. 5.


    This year’s flu shot is formulated to provide vaccination against the H1N1 virus, influenza B and an H3N2 virus.

  • As flu season approaches, Camden County residents age 18 and older will be able to obtain seasonal flu shots from the county health department starting Oct. 5.
    This year’s flu shot is formulated to provide vaccination against the H1N1 virus, influenza B and an H3N2 virus.
    Cost for the cost is $20 though the health department. The health department cannot bill private insurances, though they can bill Medicaid and Medicare part (B).
    The Camden County Health Department also offers a pneumonia vaccine for $45.
     
    All flu shot clinics are open to the public for those aged 18 and older.
