Loved playing guitar, spending time with children

James “Paul”  Hyde, age 40, of Union, Mo., passed away Sunday, Aug. 22, 2010, at his home. He was born May 14, 1970, in St. Louis, Mo., the son of the late Thomas William and Donna Rae King Hyde.
Paul had worked for S&W Propane in Camdenton. He enjoyed playing the guitar, working on cars and spending time with his children.
He is survived by his sons; Steven Lawrence Hyde, of Camdenton; Paul Thomas Hyde; Tyler Christopher Hyde and Matthew Ray Hyde, all of Kansas City, Mo.; his ex-wife Christina McAlister, of Kansas City, Mo.; his brother Thomas Eric Hyde, of St. Louis, Mo.; his niece Cailie Anne Marie Hyde, of St. Louis, Mo.; his father-in-law and best friend Lawrence Joseph Meyer, of Camdenton, Mo.; and many other relatives and friends.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter Danielle Charlene Hyde on Nov. 20, 1994.
Graveside services and inurnment will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 2, at the St. Patrick Cemetery in Laurie.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the James Paul Hyde Memorial Fund in care of Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home, P.O.
