April 3  Linn Creek Easter Egg hunt will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Linn Creek Memorial Park.  There will be two age groups, 6 years and under, and 7 through 10 years.

April 3 Camden County Wranglers 4-H horse club would like to invite the public to Easter at the Ranch from 1-4 p.m.  Located 1.5 miles down Rt. P in Decatureville (south of Camdenton on Rt. 5)

April 3  The Egg-mazing Race community Easter egg hunt will be held at First Family Church from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the church on Rt. 42. Contact 302-0223 for more information.

April 3 An Easter egg hunt and pictures with the Easter bunny will be at the Stone Crest Mall in Osage Beach. Signups start at 9 a.m. Hunt starts at 10 a.m. and the Easter bunny will visit from 11 a.m.- 2p.m. Get a picture taken for $5. For more information contact 348-3106.
April 3 Orscheln Farm & Home in Eldon will be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt at 1 p.m., weather permitting.

April 4 Easter Egg Hunt for kids up to 13 years of age will be held at 1 p.m. at the Linn Creek/Osage Beach Lions Club building, 5848 Lions Rd., off Airport Road and Highway 54 in Osage Beach. 1st, 2nd & 3rd place prizes will be awarded in each of four age groups, 0-3, 4-6, 7-10 and 11-13 years.  Refreshments will be served inside following the egg hunt. April 4 Laurie will hold its 6th annual Easter egg hunt in the Hillbilly Fairgrounds with more than 12,000 plastic eggs filled with candy and small prizes for kids up to 12.
1:30 p.m. - Pictures with Easter bunny
2 p.m. - Ages 0-3 years begin egg hunt
2:10 p.m. - Ages 4-6
2:20 p.m. - Ages 7-9
2:30 p.m. - Ages 10-12

The Potter’s House, The Church at Osage Hills, Sunrise Bible Church & Canopy Church are coming together in a lake wide community effort to provide aid to the people in Haiti. The churches are partnering with Samaritan’s Purse, a non-denominational, international Christian relief and aid organization headed by Franklin Graham. Each church will contribute 10% of Easter Sunday offerings to Samaritan’s Purse who are providing 12x12-foot temporary shelters that will house a family of up to 10 for two years.

Easter Can-Do Collection of Cans for the Lamb House Food Pantry.  Drop off any size donation (from 1 can to 12 cans or more) and receive discount coupons from BASS Shoe, Factory Outlet Village, Osage Beach.  Collection will be through April 11, 2010.

The Linn Creek United Methodist Church, 101 South Locust Street in downtown Linn Creek, will hold their Easter Sunrise Service on April 4 at 7:30 a.m. followed by breakfast and an Easter Egg Hunt for the children.  There will not be an 11 a.m. service that day.
