After more than a week of sunshine and mild temperatures, Missourians are once again bracing themselves for another round of winter weather.

Denise Russell, of Camden County Emergency Management, said the storm will likely be located more to the south near Highway 60, with areas between Joplin and Springfield getting the brunt of the snow and ice.

However, she said, the lake area is likely to get some of the accumulations from the story, which could be around 4 inches of snow in some places across the state. No exact amount off snow fall has been predicted yet for this weather system.

No other information was available.
