Sheriff Dwight D. Franklin announced today that deputies and investigators from the Camden County Sheriff's Office were called the J-7 Market on Missouri Rt 7 north of Greenview, MO on today's date (Oct. 28), in reference to a reported armed robbery.


According to a news release issued:

Sheriff Dwight D. Franklin announced today that deputies and investigators from the Camden County Sheriff's Office were called the J-7 Market on Missouri Rt 7 north of Greenview, MO on today's date (Oct. 28), in reference to a reported armed robbery.
An employee of the business reported that very shortly after opening the business, a white male, approximately 6' to 6'2", slim in build, with his face covered by a camouflage mask, wearing a camouflage shirt, blue jeans, camouflage gloves, and white tennis shoes, entered the business and displayed a small semi-automatic handgun and demanded the money from the cash register.  The suspect obtained the money, and apparently left on foot from the business. No one was injured during the incident. An undisclosed amount of cash was taken.
