Truman High graduate was devoted mother


Marjorie A. Elliott, 29, of Rocheport, Mo., passed away Sunday afternoon, Aug. 24, 2008, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Rocheport. 
She was born Dec. 13, 1978, in Columbia, Mo., the daughter of Jerry C. and Kathie D. Mauzey Lindstedt.
She was united in marriage with Elwood Elliott, who survives at Clinton, Mo.
Marjorie attended Truman High School in Independence, was a devoted mother, and was employed at Hogs and Herefords Bar & Grill.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three children, Robert Elliott, Glenn Elliott, and Rebekah Elliott, all of the home in Rocheport; her mother, Kathie Jenkins and husband Gary of Sunrise Beach, Mo.; her father Terry Lindstedt of Independence, Mo.; her fiancée Charlie Flick of Rocheport; four brothers, Terry Lindstedt, Carl Lindstedt, Elijah Lindstedt, and Donnie Patton; three sisters, Dianna Phillips, Alena Lindstedt, and Reva Lindstedt; two step brothers, Timmy Jenkins and Ryan Case; two step sisters, Kasey Jenkins and Jessi Jenkins, many other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30 at the Kidwell-Garber Laurie-Sunrise Beach Chapel in Laurie, Mo.  Sympathy condolences may be sent online at www.kidwellgarber.com.   Memorial contributions are suggested to the Marjorie A. Elliott Memorial Fund.
