A 23-year-old Osage Beach man has died after officers found him involved in a car crash early Saturday morning.At approximately 1:54 a.m. on Saturday morning, officers from the Osage Beach Police Department responded to a noise complaint between the 600 and 700 block of Lazy Days Road. The caller said that someone was continuously sounding a vehicle's horn.
