J.K. Rowling announced she is releasing a story set in the “Harry Potter” universe on Halloween. The story will be focused on the nasty Dolores Umbridge, who first appeared in “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix,” the fifth book of the series. Learn more at Rowling’s site Pottermore.
